Hot N Healthy

Well, I worked my tail off for three weeks and didn't get much recognition on the scale.



Here's what I did in 19 days -

  • 50 miles of biking, walking, running
  • 2550 Crunches
  • 2350 Wall Push Ups
  • 260 Regular Push Ups
  • 360 Pull Ups on the Total Gym
  • Drank 1216 oz of water
And I lost TWO freakin' pounds!


But I ain't mad - cause a SIZE 12 now goes on like butter now - or shall I say Smart Balance Buttery Spread and my arms/neck/shoulders are looking pretty hot - right honey?
