Well, I worked my tail off for three weeks and didn't get much recognition on the scale.
Here's what I did in 19 days -
- 50 miles of biking, walking, running
- 2550 Crunches
- 2350 Wall Push Ups
- 260 Regular Push Ups
- 360 Pull Ups on the Total Gym
- Drank 1216 oz of water
And I lost TWO freakin' pounds!
But I ain't mad - cause a SIZE 12 now goes on like butter now - or shall I say Smart Balance Buttery Spread and my arms/neck/shoulders are looking pretty hot - right honey?
