Way to go Ash! I am not sure I'll be able to get a bike ride in this week with the hubby up north but we'll see. Maybe this weekend.

Monday I got 2.72 miles in running on the treadmill.

Tuesday I got in a 1 mile walk with the girls AND 2.08 miles running on the treadmill.

Shoot, I got a mile in on Tuesday. I'll work on the rest during our camping trip. I WILL reach 5 miles somehow!

Wednesday I got 1.48 miles of incline training on the ol' tready.

Thursday I went for a 1 mile walk with the girlies.

Weigh Day, here I come!
