From now on I will make a post similar to this one at the beginning of each training week. This is where you will come to post that you have completed a day of training. Instead of me searching through each of my daily posts, I will come here and ONLY HERE to see where you all are at with your training!
Please include the date that you trained in your comment. Make it look something like this...
"Hey Chelle! On 6/2/08 I got my train on!"
To help keep myself on track, as I update the standings on my blog I will delete your entries. So, don't freak out if you come back later and a previous entry is gone.
Please keep in mind that to keep things fair I am only giving credit for THREE training days per week. I am counting Monday to Sunday as one week. So if you got two days in one week and four days in the next, I will only be able to give you credit for five days.
I don't want to discourage anyone from exercising more than that but I got to keep it fair somehow!!
This week the training schedule calls for SIX INTERVALS of three minutes of walking and two minutes of jogging.

i got all my training on this week...YIPPIE
June 6th- Got my train on today! It's hot today!
I got my train on for the third day this week first thing this morning, I am doing intervals of jogging for 6 and walking for 3 stepping it up tomorrow though!
I got my second day of training in yesterday, June 6th!
June 8th - Got my "third" day in this week. It was on 4 hours of sleep and almost killed me.
