Before I begin -
Don't forget that the only way to get credit for your training is to add a comment to the post I created on Monday entitled "Getting Your Train On - Week Three".
*Comments of the Week*
It has been a wild week here. I feel like I have been on a roller coaster, and not in a fun way. Lots of things have kept me from focusing on my health and my exercise. I am thankful that I have friends who care and encourage me.
Most of this week's showcased comments are not in their entirety. I picked three to focus on this week.

Perhaps God is working something in you that can only come in the form of this depression.
There is no "perhaps" about it. I am sure of this Leigh. Thanks for taking the time to point it out to me. I look forward to being able to post some time in the future about all the things God taught me during this time.

Love you and keep your chin up, it will get better!
I chose this comment because this was one of the first times in a LOOONG time that someone said something about chins I didn't feel the need to insert a double chin joke. What double chin? I have no double chin!!

Also what a day to talk about fast food addiction. I myself was sitting here this morning trying to think of some way I could possibly go to a restaurant and order something. I had all kinds of ideas in my head about what I might be able to order from some restaurant. Your post, of course, knocked me back into reality. Thanks.
Here's the deal...up until I read that comment I was feeling really lazy about that day's post. I had no motivation to blog and couldn't think of anything good, so I decided to go back and look at some past entries and do a follow up. I almost didn't choose that blog to discuss. God used your comment, Michele, as a confirmation to me. Even on the days that I am not feeling it, I can make an impact. Thanks.
I am getting on the treadmill today. I think the treadmill is going to be my best friend for a while. The weather guy showed 90's for the next seven days. I just can't handle that kind of heat. It is a little disappointing because I have really been craving an outside run. I think it is best for me to be on the treadmill for now though. I need to pay attention to my speed and the intensity of my run to make sure I am allowing my knee to strengthen and heal.
I think I will be running a 5k on June 21 downtown and I'm really hoping the be at 100% by then.
If not, you all will have to be carrying me in July.
Funny thing, I think some of you would actually consider it if I asked!

I'm looking forward to reading what God has taught you as you progress through the depression.
It's funny, I was actually thinking of how we'd help you finish the race before I read your second part of there being those of us would would consider it! ha ha!
Love you!
