Hello, your less than 5 pounds from goal!!!!! Congrats on the weight loss and the new time! I'm still at about 11 minutes a mile walking in the mall. Now with school out and the teenagers walking around in there, its more like 15 minutes. Did we used to be that young?

Girl, if you can make an 11 minute mile while walking then you are well on your way to a great running pace! When I started training I couldn't even get an 11 minute mile while RUNNING!

And just in case someone didn't see my response to this comment -

Not only were we that young once, I assure you I was that obnoxious as well!

I have been doing the limited sugar thing still, since eating at your house and I tell you what, it is a miracle! I am so thankful to God that I was able to see the way you eat and hear what you eat and find out what was wrong with me. I have lost weight and inches since starting that after being at your house. Your diet inspired me!

I am so glad you are finally seeing the results you deserve to see. Like I told you that night, I don't struggle with sweets so for me sugar isn't hard to avoid.

Now that pizza last night at VBS - that was SHOUTING my name!

I totally noticed your cheeks and neck looked slimmer when I saw you on Monday at VBS! And in case I need to clarify, I am talking about the cheeks on your face! :)
