Getting Your Train On - WEEK FOUR

Hola friends!

This is the post you should use to enter any training you do this week. Instead of me searching through each of my daily posts, I will come here and ONLY HERE to see where you all are at with your training!

Please include the date that you trained in your comment.

Make it look something like this...

"Hey Chelle! On 6/9/08 I got my train on!"

On Sunday night I will review this post and update the results for the contest.

Please keep in mind that to keep things fair I am only giving credit for THREE training days per week. I am counting Monday to Sunday as one week. So if you got two days in one week and four days in the next, I will only be able to give you credit for five days.

I don't want to discourage anyone from exercising more than that but I got to keep it fair somehow!!

This week the training schedule calls for FIVE INTERVALS of two minutes of walking and three minutes of jogging for a total of 25 minutes.

Gurl, I think I got my train on 3 times today! Anwhoo, its June 9th and I got my train on today!

Hey Michelle, it's Anne-- late as usual. June 9 and I just started getting my train on today! 1.6 miles and counting. My goal is to RUN a 5K in Sept. and to walk/run one in Aug. So let me know if you're running one here in Sept.

Guess what? I did my training yesterday! I took Jake to the Clio Park and we went at it! It felt good to get out and be able to run again. I was holding my stomach the entire time, but darn it, I did it!

I slacked off for a few days but got in my morning run this morning. I feel great! First day of training for this week on June 12th... check.

6-14-08 Im horrible and keep forgetting to update you on my training..I got my train on 6-9-08 My first day of Running 8 mins at a time and walking for 5 mins WOW I FEEL great what a huge step..Did it again on 6-11 and still felt great and today stepping it up to running for 10mins then walking for 5 cant wait to see how it goes :0)

Hello:

I still have the bum knee and it seems like it is getting worse than better. so this week I did:

8 miles on a bike June 7th
5 miles on a bike June 9th
4 mile run/walk on June 10th (very very slow)1:13
weight training program on June11th.

6-14-08 Got my train on last night interval of joggingfor 10 min walking for 5 I really feel like Im becomming a runner It felt SOO GOOD to run :0) Getting my train on again tonight!

Got my second day of training in this morning, 06/14/08. I'm no where as good as Kate's doing, but I'm getting there!
