Hola friends!
This is the post you should use to enter any training you do this week. Instead of me searching through each of my daily posts, I will come here and ONLY HERE to see where you all are at with your training! Please include the date that you trained in your comment.
Make it look something like this..."Hey Chelle! On 6/23/08 I got my train on!"
On Sunday night I will review this post and update the results for the contest. Please keep in mind that to keep things fair I am only giving credit for THREE training days per week. I am counting Monday to Sunday as one week. So if you got two days in one week and four days in the next, I will only be able to give you credit for five days.
I don't want to discourage anyone from exercising more than that but I got to keep it fair somehow!!This week will be the most challenging week yet! You guys have already stuck to it for 6 whole weeks though, and I know you will continue to succeed!
This week the training schedule calls for SEVEN INTERVALS of one minutes of walking and four minutes of jogging for a total of 35 minutes.
Good luck!
You guys are doing great!

Hope your mock race went as planned
Today, July 5th, I got my third day of training in.
The mock race was an excellent idea. Thanks so much for including me. It felt nice to know what a 5K felt like. I was shocked that I made it though without too much of an effort. I know your motivation and encouragement helped. Thanks for pushing us!
ps: After our run, I just couldn't nap with all that adrenaline pumping through me. So, instead of a nap, I opted to clean out my car (big chore!), start on laundry, and other work-like items. I was thinking of you guys and thinking, "Dang it. I could be in a pool right now with three awesome girls!"
7/5/08 - mock race. Thanks ladies, it was fun. Too bad we couldn't do that every week together. After the run, I golfed 18 holes. Took my pedometer and discovered with a cart I still walked another 3.5 miles
7/6/08 - walked 3.5 miles.(playing 18 holes of golf)up and down hills..
