Getting Your Train On WEEK FIVE

Hola friends!

This is the post you should use to enter any training you do this week. Instead of me searching through each of my daily posts, I will come here and ONLY HERE to see where you all are at with your training!Please include the date that you trained in your comment.

Make it look something like this...

"Hey Chelle! On 6/15/08 I got my train on!"

On Sunday night I will review this post and update the results for the contest.

Please keep in mind that to keep things fair I am only giving credit for THREE training days per week. I am counting Monday to Sunday as one week. So if you got two days in one week and four days in the next, I will only be able to give you credit for five days.

I don't want to discourage anyone from exercising more than that but I got to keep it fair somehow!!

This week the training schedule calls for SIX INTERVALS of two minutes of walking and three minutes of jogging for a total of 30 minutes.

Got my train on Saturday and Monday running again tonight stepping it up to 12 min jogs :0)

6/17 5 miles run/walk (felt great-feeling the pain today but well worth it)

6/19 - 2 mile run/walk 34 minutes and weight training....man I hope one day to run a mile in 8.51... Can't wait till 7/12/08.Flint Journal Race

Tonight 6/20 was my third day of training. I participated in the local Relay for Life and walked for an hour. I even got some jogging in there too!

June 19 - "Second" day this week
---5K in 25.34

June 21 - "Third" day this week
---5K in 27.10

(Last day was on the road. I hate running on the road!)

Hey Michelle. I think one of us had a typo. I think my mileage should have been reading 1.6 mi, not 18. But on a happier note I got my train on 3 times this week.
